This month the color scheme was black and white. Some of the images I took were things that were black and white around my house. Other images I made black and white for fun. I think my favorite photo is of my black and white cat clock. He will be hung up in my office eventually. I miss taking black and white images. When I was younger I used to buy black and white film! Yes, when film was what everyone used in their cameras. LOL Feels like ages ago. If you have a question about an image please just ask me below. :)

If you decide to do this challenge, please come back and leave a link in the comments so I can check it out!!

    1. Thanks Aubrey. Next months colors are green and black. I think that color combo is going to much harder for me to find. I look forward to seeing your posts that are color related. Color is a wonderful thing!

    2. Color is a wonderful thing. I used to wear lots of muted and darker colors (browns, grays, dark greens, dark reds) and have since left that. I love the way vibrant colors make me feel when I wear them. So no more muted for this chick!

  2. When it comes to interior design, black and white color combos have been back on my radar lately. Several years ago I got away from black because it made me feel like I was living in a bachelor pad. I still don't think I like my book cases and furniture to be black, but I've been finding that black added in via rugs, art work, and vases have been very appealing to me. I think this is why I have a hard time decoration my house- I love wood tones, but I also love white furniture. I can't decide how to mix the things that I like because my range is so wide.

    1. That's kinda where I am at as well. I used to only like black furniture. Then I got away from that and everything is white now. Over the last year though wood pieces are appealing to me. I am trying to learn how to balance wood and white pieces together now. I also feel the same way about black home decor. I like it in very small amounts. I do hope to do one of our bathrooms in black and white though. I love the black and white chevron shower curtain from Urban Outfitters! Maybe I can do a post about mixing wood and white together.

  6. Awesome collection of black and white goodness! Love that first shot of the Converse (classic!) and the 'broke ass wine' made me literally laugh out loud! And the emergency sign against the brick has a nice industrial appeal for me too.

Thanks for joining in again this month!

    1. I thought the Broke Ass wine would get a good laugh. I also took all the photos on the same day, which was fun for me. I love my converse probably too much. :) Thanks for hosting the challenge.

    1. Yes, we really love our Walking Dead books. We only have 1 - 4. Sometimes I think I should just go to the book store and sit for hours reading them all. I don't have the money to buy them, so why not?? lol I am glad you enjoyed this post. They are super fun to do.
