Dan was kind enough to put a video together to tell us about his progress with his new vegan diet. I wanted you guys to be able to hear it from him first hand. He talks about his weight loss, food choices and feelings on eating vegan so far.
I am so proud of Dan. I knew he could do it!

Dan. It is so rad that you could be so honest. It is so great that you wanted to go back to the vegan diet when you got back. I noticed as soon as I pressed play that you had lost a lot of weight. Good work Dan!!!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking about how much weight he had lost in his face as well. That's where Cody lost a lot of weight right away after we went vegan. That's what I love about going vegan, the food and your body really work together to "heal" you from years of yucky food.
DeleteIt's so awesome that Dan is being so open to this, and so honest. I think everyone has slip ups when they first go vegan (whether it's by accident or not).
ReplyDeleteIt's so cool that he's considering keeping this up long term and that he's seeing such great results!
Keep up the good job Dan :)
I know, he's doing great. I always say that it's really not that hard to go vegan. I'm sure everyone would be different of course. It takes determination and will power. Also knowledge of what is in food and where it actually comes from. Dan has done great.
DeleteIt's so nice to hear his thoughts about it. He's doing so good! I guess you'll have to come to Belgium and visit some supermarkets with me haha :) xo
ReplyDeleteDorien, I would LOVE that! :) I just wish it was a bit closer for me to get to you. hahaha Too bad I don't live in New York.
DeleteJust want to say BRAVO for Dan with all the amazing changes he has made in his life. Celebrating now with a Spicy Black Bean burger because the video made me THAT hungry, mhm! (Well, that and the fact that I'm 18 weeks along, ahhh)
