The World in My Living Room
I made it back to Wyoming. I love being HOME again. It was only a little over 2 weeks, but it feels like I have been gone for much longer then that. My decorating wheels are turning and I can't wait to finish my rooms!! Our dining room and living room are missing art, accessories and furniture. I hate it!! While shopping at IKEA I saw this room display....

I am pretty much obsessed with traveling now and seeing the world! I thought to myself,"DUH! This is perfect for my HUGE blank wall over my couch!" The map sold at IKEA is not very colorful, so I am looking else where for a map with a bit more color. I have been looking online for some inspiration. Katie over at Julep Studios has a map in her home that she glued on some foam core board...

I really like her idea and it's more affordable then custom framing a map. I also love the wallpaper wall murals you can buy, but our ceilings are to low! Bummer!

Heading back to Wyoming
My trip in Ohio has come to an end. I headed back to Wyoming this morning. My trip was very bittersweet. I enjoyed seeing everyone, but missed Cody and my home a lot. It is also very sad to leave everyone that I love in Ohio. Sometimes I just wish I could take everyone with me! Most of my day was on Highway 72...

It's nice because the traffic is very light and helps me to just GO!!!
I wanted to share some of my favorite pictures I took at my parents house...

I look forward to seeing Cody, my pets and sleeping in my own bed!!!!

The Krohn Flower Show
Hello! Happy Easter! As my trip to Ohio starts to come close to an end, I realize how behind I am on my blogging. I just posted my trip to Downtown Cincinnati and that was during the first week of my trip. I have taken over a 1000 pictures since I have been here and haven't been able to post the way I would have hoped I could. (I need a laptop!) I consider myself a very amateur photographer. I love taking pictures and sharing them with you!
Last week my friend Dennis and I headed down to The Krohn Conservatory for their spring flower show.

They even had some cute fruit trees...

The main flower they had throughout the display was the White Easter Lilly...

They had used an IKEA greenhouse to make a cute little display. They were selling all the little mini plants, so cute!!! Just made me want to get home so I can decorate! This trip has inspired me so much. I really needed it. I can't wait to get home and start designing. I have about 4 people waiting for designs from me and I am so motivated to work on decorating my home again.

Downtown Cincinnati
I lived in Ohio most of my life. Usually I always lived within a 30 minute drive to Cincinnati. I had never taken the time to go downtown just to see it and take photos. I urge you to visit things that your home town has to offer, because if you move away you kick yourself for not doing it. Get out and do stuff!! Here are some of my favorite photos I took...

I loved doing this! Cincinnati is really a beautiful city.
